SpareBank of Norway issued 6 Visa Cash cards during the bank's very short lived program, which we think was less than a year. All the Norway Visa Cash cards were issued and used in association with the World Cup Ski event held there that year. The last two cards like the Visa Cash cards issued by Cariplo Bank (Italy) are also truly works of art as you will see below.
